Alright, I got my acer aspire 3003 a couple of days ago.
80gig hd
amd mobile sempron 3000+
128 shared vid memory
512 ram
Since the default video memory on this was only 64mb,i went into bios and changed it to 128 thinking my fps in counterstrike 1.6 would improve. With the default of 64mb i had 45 constant fps, so i thought i would have atleast in the 70s fps wise. But since the 128mb is shared, i dropped down to 382 ram. If i purchased another 256 mb of ram, i will have 638 overall. Would this make my fps higher?
