Anyone know of a good program for controlling, monitoring and setting fan speeds for boot up ?

I have tried Get thermal but it is seriously bloated as far as its memory consumption. Also I cannot get it to save settings, it always resets when you close it etc.

Any recomendations would be greatly appreciated.
