I've posted my woes with my Aurora 7500 SLI system in the desktop support section, so won't revisit the specifics. Just wondering if anyone here has had any luck dealing with Alienware Australia? I'm almost to the end of my rope - it's next to impossible to get anyone on the phone, and email responses are intermittent. I've been waiting a week just to get shipping info after getting a return/repair Work Order number. If I can't get a response by end of tomorrow, I've got to figure something else out - Any ideas???
