I like the looks of the 1710 and was able to pick it up for 1820. Outlet deal. I had a 9300 and was tired of that look. I plan ob getting a 7950 for it.

At the time I bought it the 1705 was only like 200 bucks cheaper. After the cpu, Graphics card, Wuxga and 9 cell upgrades. I scoured the outlet for months before I bought it.
