I hope not also, there is a big blaim culture thing going on at my place of work, someone got knocked over by a FLT and the safety side of things has been blown out of proportion. Take this for example. We are told to wear high visibility vests on site but 1 guy was wearing his but his velcro was not done up in the middle and he got suspended cos it was flapping about in the wind!. People are getting suspended left right and centre here for silly petty things that did not undermine there safety.
