He replaced a corroded cable fitting at the dish. I thought it was repaired
as of yesterday.

what's the signal levels like on the Check Dish menu ?

It could still be a problem with the cable or the LNB

and if you have a switch that also could be the issue

95% on both connections. Plenty of signal strength. I don't think a switch is involved.

Good morning, DRT. Busy morning. I removed a bunch of tv cables and fittings. I also still have my TIVO issue. DirecTV woke me up at 7am.
