Best wishes to the very very young lady Doughy.

I always loved the get-together after church services when I was in Ricksmanworth, and the jazz pubs visits afterward ... Oh ye ... one of the good old times.

Good afternoon, DRT. I called Dell. They are coming next week to replace both the A/C adapter and possibly the motherboard. I hope not for the motherboard.

It won't be a great weekend for me. No fiance and I need to get the truck serviced.

Back at you, though.

Best wishes regarding her christening. I hate wasting food also.
We made two meals so far with our roast. My fiance is also going to take some of it to work for lunch.

:-( Just look at the bright side that you can have some extra time to other needing projects. Have a great weekend though.

Evening

Just relaxing with a Guinness Inventory was today, which means I get my whole weekend back finally

Going to be making a very interesting dinner tonight. I haven't thought of a name for it...yet:

- A layer of tortilla bread
- "Silverado beef" chili
- Sauce with roasted portabello mushrooms
- Mozzerella, Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses with Jalepeno peppers
- Another layer of tortilla
- "Classic" chili
- More sauce
- More cheese
- A third layer of tortilla
- "Dynamite" hot chili
- Yet more sauce
- Yes, more cheese

All baked in the oven, lasagne-style

That'll stop the heart (or get it started)!

Garb, I am about to go to bed. Can't read your mouth watering meal post .. totally unfair

How about just a layer of tortilla, cheese, minced meat and onion over the top; served afterward with some (sour) cream cheese?

Anyway Bon Appétit.
