So I've decided I'll go with the Upgrade version of Win 7, as it comes with both 32 and 64-bit, should I ever desire to go back to 32-bit. Because I already have an OEM OS, it would act just like an OEM copy anyways, and being able to do clean installs with the upgrade disc means little reason to get the OEM copy. The retail copy is too expensive for just the added benefit of being able to install it on a new machine; the chances of me replacing my motherboard are slim anyways (although a GPU, PSU and HDD's may be in the future).
Well, with that all thought through, I'm off to eat and play some Wii
