OK truth be told I still have 98SE on one and XP on another. But I don't brag about 98SE!

But no, even if it was not an OEM version I still would not of migrated it to any later systems.

But if I did decide to do 98SE you think I could get drivers for my Asus? I mean I know dual core support and 4GB RAM could be an issue but it was my first so a special place in my heart.

The one in your sig? Sure why not .. It is much newer than my beat up m6805 and we get drivers with no issue.

Garb I am starting to feel that other than you and me. Everyone else was invited to Larry's wedding? I mean not a lot of activity on NBF or XoticPC? What's up?

Yes I am lucky I dodged the Millennium bullet. Seems like it was not built Y2K compliant, or that was all it was and nothing else.

Or maybe as some would say they put that out so when they released Vista at least Vista would not be the worst OS ever. WME was OEM only, correct?

Bad news for Larry, without his support his team is not doing well.
