Not soon enough for me. Mine is going up at about $100 a month because of my age. They are saying that this will not take effect for 4 years.

Hey everyone! A quick post from the cottage outside Berlin. It feels like over 20C in the sun, but the night is still cold. I forgot an adapter for my laptop, but just picked up one today. London was cool. Saw a QPR game (Queens Park Rangers), and some sights, and otherwise just hit various pubs and restaurants (Nepalese for curry, Japanese for sushi, French for eggs benedict, etc). Now that I'm in Germany, I look forward to currywurst and doner kebab. Already picked up tons of chocolates for me and my family, including my favourite "pocket coffee"

I'll send out reps later... gotta go now and chop some wood for the fire tonight...

Evening from Europa

Rhouladen was on the dinner bill tonight (not that I had to pay for it; my uncle cooked).

For some reason, my world blackberry phone was not sending or receiving texts from London/Europe, even though the ones to/from Canada worked, so i ended up buying a cheap pay-as-you-go phone, for 17 euro lol

Also picked up yet more chocolates, and a power adapter for my Mini... for some reason, I forgot to bring one.

Currywurst and Doner Kebab tomorrow, when I head into the city to meet my friends The one, I haven't seen since 2007.

Food has been amazing so far, in case you haven't guessed lol

...guess I should send out some reps now

Pretty damn good. In London, I had a plethora of local stouts, lagers, and IPA's

In Berlin, I've just started with a cheap beer, which even at $1/liter, is still cheaper than gas. I will have my share of Konig Pils, BitBurger, and the like, by the time I'm done

Keeping the two woodstoves stocked does keep me busy, however (the only source of heat in the house)
