Dell are f@#ing morons.
Ordered the TV on the 25th. Didn't get a confirmation until July 1st. Still haven't received a shipping confirmation, and the order doesn't show up on my online account, so I call them.
1) For some reason, it's part of the business dept
2) It was shipped on the 29th (before I got confirmation even)
3) Purolator doesn't leave notices, and never bother to call (they may have even tried my old address (i.e. across the hall)
4) It's now been flagged as "return to sender" for sitting at the depot for 5 days, and they have to try and cancel that before I can pick it up
Really... what a dysfunctional outfit (between Dell and Purolator, I'm surprised anyone gets anything).
