I forgot to mention that I did two workouts today. 100 each of push-ups and leg presses with heel raises this afternoon. Tonight 5 sets of 20 rows, biceps, triceps.

OK, so update...

My dad is getting over his heart operation quite well, and thank you to those who wished him well.

The Ferrari died about a year ago (screen gave out), and due to financial constraints I ended up buying a HP Pavillion DV6. Admittedly I hate the touchpad, but other than that it does me for what I need it for. Got it for a silly price really, and I think it's amazing the amount of technology you get for not much money!

Hope you guys are good, and I see they haven't 'rep raped you all again' which is nice to know. What about myrt94 and psycokitty, are they still around?

And... Oh my God!!! Just checked the rep list... What the hell happened to Doughy? Did this forum decide to ban 'Limeys' or something? And I'm still 15th from the top... now that is funny considering I haven't been here in yonks...
