I like Summer with all its outdoor activities, but this year I might have a big issue with my allergy due to high concentration of pollen from this hard winter.

great... the f@#king thing doesn't work censored.gif

Edit: well... seems to be working now. Either there was a seal problem with the water tank, of it just needed a LOT of pressure to start working the first time. A couple more cycles of hot water, and I can finally make an espresso winknudge.gif lol

Good afternoon, DRT.knockonwood.gif I got an upper body workout done this afternoon.

105 push-ups, 5 sets of 30 crunches, 3 sets with the body blade focusing on

the shoulders.

Nice time to be back in Europe - grill time in the backyard :headbang;

You bet. Lots of grilling and swimming in the lake.

I would not risk swimming in a lake around here. Enjoy it.

Also picked up a new swiss army knife for my keychain. It's amazing what they can put into these things these days, including ball-point pen and magnetic screwdriver winknudge.gif lol

That looks like a super nice pocket knife.cool2.gif I hope it meets your

expectation's. I know nothing about espresso machines. I hope that

one works for you.:)

We have a high concentration of pollen right now. A major problem for some.

I hope you get your issues worked out with it.

It sounds like you are close there.

Well, I got my espresso. Still have to practice a bit with this new system (it's a pump one, and I've only ever used a cheap steam pressure one). The resulting coffee tasted a bit better than the old maker, but it was a bit weaker. Next time, I'll try a finer grind, and maybe a little less water. I realized the filter is smaller, taking less coffee, and so I should adjust the amount of water I use. It may also get better, once the machine has been broken in smile.gif

I drink cokes my drinks. I don't like coffee much. It upsets my

stomach. Good to hear you are making progress there.smile.gif

I want to sell my IPad. Any interest with you guys?

It comes with a camera connection kit. A stylus.

A soft case, and a clam case keyboard. 3G and

64 gigs. I am looking for close to $500 for it.

I paid over $1000 just for the IPad itself.

Getting an iPad 2, are we? winknudge.gif

iPad's aren't my thing. $500 is still too much for a tablet. It just irks me that these things are half as powerful as a netbook, and twice the cost. I would look at the RIM Playbook, if it weren't also just as ridiculously priced.
