Good afternoon, DRT. I did an upper body workout including
105 pull-ups and dips. Five sets with the body blade and five
sets of 30 crunches.
Good evening, DRT. We had a nice steak/seafood dinner. I also did
an upper body workout this evening. I also did a look at the checking
account to determine what I made last year since I still have not gotten
