Good afternoon, DRT.knockonwood.gif I did an upper body workout including

105 pull-ups and dips. Five sets with the body blade and five

sets of 30 crunches.

Good evening, DRT.knockonwood.gif We had a nice steak/seafood dinner. I also did

an upper body workout this evening. I also did a look at the checking

account to determine what I made last year since I still have not gotten

a 1099.thumbdown.gif

plus 5 sets with the body blade focusing on the biceps and triceps

and 5 sets with the shake-a-weight focusing on the chest.

This should be renamed "LRT" (Larry's Reps Thread) winknudge.gif lol

The only crunches I plan on doing, are related to a bag of potato chips laughing.gif

So, today I got my renewed passport, and booked my flight. All ready to go for June. Well... I do still need to book a hotel for one night.

Now to prepare dinner (pasta with mushrooms and celery) smile.gif
