I do on my pc's wherein I can control and monitor the cooling, but it's pretty risky IMHO on laptops..
Don't think I'd actually do it myself, just wondering why it's not a big topic... in fact I never hear of anyone OC'ing a laptop CPU...
I do OC my 7800 to a modest 350/850, but really 'cause the stock speed is so ridiculously slow... I refuse to do any volt-mods or what-not, though...
