Different RAM sizes for 3200

I have a Ferrari 3200 and I was wondering if it is possible to have 1st slot with 256Mb and the 2nd slot to have 512Mb (or vice versa)?

Should be no problem since it's not running dual channel memory. I did the same on my older centrino with no problem.

Yeah, I just came back from the computer store because I had bought a module that was faulty so I had to get it replaced and now it works properly.
