Greetings!

During the past week, the folks here at NBF has been kind enough to provide a section dedicated to Hypersonic PC systems. The following forums have been established with their assigned purpose identified.

Hypersonic General - An area where individuals can talk about the systems, share experiences, ask and answer questions for those researching their future purchases and the sort.

Hypersonic Reviews and Benchmarks - Just as you would expect. Those individuals who have purchased a Hypersonic PC system has the opportunity to share their findings with others. This is a great area to talk about the performance of your machine, identify tips that helped you along with the purchasing process, etc. Please keep this to reviews and responses to reviews. Threads to ask questions should be focused to the Hypersonic General forum.

Hypersonic Photo Gallery - Definitely one of my favorites areas. This is the chance you get to show off your system. The reviews area may be where you brag about it, but pictures are definitely worth a thousand words, and gives you a chance to brag in a different way. Also a great place to share desktop themes.

Hypersonic Support (peer to peer) - How do I fix this problem? Where are newer drivers available for the video card I have? etc. This area is designed for you to ask technical support related questions and get help from your fellow peers. Please do not use this area to check the status of technical support issues at Hypersonic PC or similar. This can be simply done by contacting the company directly. We have a fellow member who is from Hypersonic PC who will be helping out with this peer to peer support, however, he is not here to provide you information that really should be handled via phone/email with customer/technical support.

This sums up the purposes of the forums, but I do want to mention one more thing. Owners and prospective owners of all types of systems are invited to join in the discussions within the Hypersonic section. However, please ensure you keep the topics focused as listed above.

There will be no bashing of any company within these threads. Everyone has the opportunity to share in their opinion, however, if you are in the mood to attack or bash a company, take it elsewhere. Relating of negative experiences are one thing and helps to keep the forums honest (everyone knows there is no perfect company), however, the posts need to be constructive not destructive.

Welcome to the section!

Today I have been given additional guidance on what is allowed and not allowed in the forums, and this holds true with the Hypersonic forums. Bashing of a company and taking personal shots at them by calling names or creating a negative atmosphere for the readers, vendors, etc, no matter what they brand they own is not allowed. As such, I have deleted a thread for this content.

That aside, if you wish to post about a negative experience you have, then do so in a constructive, not destructive way. Explain your experience and the problems you are having. Do not take this as an opportunity to attack the company and to gain support. Being upset about an experience is one thing - hatred is a completely different item.

If you are confused, ask.

I try my best to keep everything neutral and to allow both negative and positive experiences to be posted. Please help me to make this an easy task.

Thank you.

All.

I will once again remind everyone concerning the rules of this forum. I will not tolerate the bashing of individuals or companies within the threads. There is one thing about posting a negative experience, however, it is another thing to attack the individual or company in every thread you touch.

The whole point of the forums is to share experiences and help each other out. It should not result in making people want to shy away from the forums due to immature behavior. Do not take out your frustration on the members of this forum or the forum in general. If you have a issue with Hypersonic, take it to them. You can continue to post your experience, but do so in a constructive way.

Thank you.
