Try some 2-part epoxy from your local hardware store or department store. That should do the trick

already tried that... the expoxy held for...hmmm a couple hours...cause you have to bend them slightly to put them on your head...

Hmm, if you didn't already do this you could re-epoxy them, then put a little layer outside the crack kinda like an epoxy sleeve holding the two pieces together.....

Or try something stronger, lol.....I have a hobby shop nearby that sells RC cars and such....they have 11-ton epoxy lmao

Here is my update... Sager Recieved it yesterday... and am still waiting to see what they say. They are going to credit the amount of the laptop to PC Toque so i can order a new one that would be faster and cheaper then my previous one. Am still waiting for sager to email me back....

lil off the subject but....

i bought a pair of sennheiser hd 570's from Goodguys and bought the 3 year service plan from them. it was 25 bucks but the head phones were 150 so its worth it. They dont repair the headphones if somthing happens the give u brand new ones no questions asked. I asked what if i run it over with my car do i get new ones, he said no but any damaged caused by regular head phone use is covered..... i asked about normal wear and tear and he said not for scratches or anything, but for anything that would stop me from using the headphones like a broken headband or blown out or broken ear piece caused by normal wear and tear was covered. i found that hard 2 believe but i was assured by the store manager that anytime in 3 ears if anything happens 2 these headphones its covered. i think i might have 2 test this policy (notice the evil laugh) "yeah i dunno what happened the head band just broke when i was putting them on"....... Oh yeah and if they do break and i decide i wanna upgrade 2 a better model headphone all i have to do is pay the difference in price. Thought id let you know incase u need 2 buy a new pair of headphones. BTW these 570's have the best sound quality ive ever heard in a headphone IMHO.

heh...well i went to sager hq and dropped my 5660 off and paid for it and upgraded the sucker. New power brick and all. thing is its actually LIGHTER than the 5660! Serious. I was thinking that maybe the battery wasnt installed or something. But no, it was (and trust me, i had my 5660 since december of 03 so i KNOW the diff in weight) lighter.
