Forgive this pointless post - I'm just very happy!

I don't know who here read my thread about how I hate Dell now because they screwed me over so badly...

LATE! But it came! What? A phone call.

A new order was opened for me, with the same as cash credit option (even tho I didn't qualify) - and a...

$1,200 DISCOUNT ON MY iXPS!

THEN my EPP discount!

...and free next day shipping and priority build.

DELL DID COME THRU FOR ME!

YAY

...so my advice to anyone feeling that they got screwed somehow - I guess people are right, Dell will jump fences to make you happy just wait that extra day for the phone call...

Told ya all it would take is a little persistance. Good to hear they took good care of ya. Your gonna love that XPS even more now, nothing better than getting a great deal like that.
