Tecra a5?

I was wondering if any users on this forum could give some information on their Tecra A5 laptops. Battery life? Graphic card abilities? Fan noises?

its not likely that anyon here has an A% yet, but the battery life according to toshiba is 3.5hours and the graphics card is the x600se with 64mb of onbaord ram and a further 64mb of ram that is taken from the system memory.

this will not be enough for really hard gaming but should be plenty for office tasks and running movies and such. dont expect wicked doom 3 experiences from it but it will be enough for lighter gaming and anything related to most office tasks.

Yea, this laptop just came out like two weeks ago and I haven't seen anyone but me talk about it yet. In the US it comes standard with the intel GMA900 or you can customize it and get a 6200 with wither 32mb or 64mb dedicated ram, the latter of which will be very comparable to the x600 and what fidget says will go for this card too.

if you can get yours hands on a M50 satellite, then its basically the same.

Tecra= xp pro, 3 year warranty, docking port

a5=14"widescreen notyebook. The tablet in the tecra lineup is the M4
