At 8 bucks a slot I say DB picks up this tab...

No love for the BF server...lol

now if you own a server, how does that work? You basically put it up whenever you feel like a game?

kinda off topic, but speaking of bf2, I went to circuit city today to pick up a copy but they only had a pre order. I was so pissed. I just got hl2 and cs:s instead

There is a thread in the Gaming forum about the NBF BF2 Server.
You can find it in the BF2 server list. Just enter the search: Notebookforums.com Commish, If you host a BF2 server, You shouldnt have a problem getting enough people on it to game. RK, in off topic, put up an NBF'er too. The "notebookforums.com" Battlefield 2 server is the official NBF server put up by PCTorque.com I just ghosted this system im on now back to a super clean OS. Once I get some basic software installed, I'll be installing my copy of BF2. probably tomorrow morning. I doubt that I'll be reinstalling steam again, even thinking about selling the complete steam account.

Yeah no steam for me..deleted and gone forever. I'll look for that server, but I'd love to put my own up.
