undervolting a p4?

Can we undervolt our P4s like you can do to the P-M?

I run my fsb speed down to about 165mhz to get some extra battery life out of my 9100, would i also be able to undervolt?

Hmm interesting...what program do you use to slow down the proc? Any negative side effects?

I tried using the tool that floats around on these forums a while ago to lower the clock speed for that exact purpose. It's called Speed Switch XP, but I don't remember what bios we used. It's around here somewhere. But downclocking just a little bit locked up my PC. I could have been doing something wrong, but I don't know what. I gave up and never tried OCing, so maybe you will have better luck.

Nah I am not gonna mess with it. MY comp is running just fine...and wherever I go I am using the electrical outlet to power the bad boy and it is running quite fine in the summer heat so no worries for me.
