I've seen a LOT of different scores and such, so I figured this would be a good place to talk about what people did to get the highest 3Dmark score etc.

Anyway, here are my results-

Setup (see sig)

X300 w/ 128mb

Overclocked at 430 core/331 memory

3DMark 05 1941

Post your scores guys!

Nice jay.k, thats a nice overclock on the x300, I cant seem to really reach over 425

Im going to mess around a bit right now to see if i can hit 2000

How are the NGO optimized drivers compared to the Omega drivers?

I got that when testing for my max - but I run at a more comfortable 408/306 now.

I find them more stable with ATI Tray Tools w/respect to:
1. Standby and resume
2. Switching between 100/100 and 408/306 (2D/3D) reliably without crashing

Used to use Omegas but find the NGO's more stable/reliable, and just as fast/quality as Omegas.

Cheers!

Nice! I just installed those drivers.

I am running 1878 now @ 425/325

Seems like we are the two highest jay.k

My benchmark is posted on ORB if anyone wants to check it out.

how did you overclock your p-m?

pins?

Ok i have some good and bad news...... i managed to get 1856 when i maxed out my overclock to 445 core 326 mem... on NGO optimized drivers.

However the bad news..... at the end of 3dmark I had a dxdiag error and my GPU had stopped responding... resulting in my resolution being set to 640x480 and my GPU temp rose to 55 degrees.. no permanent damage after a quick restart i was back to normal and temp down to 43 degrees. But i think i'll stick to my 405/316.

I dont over clock my p-m... i actaully undervolted that.... i overclocked my GPU. Its all software based, so no crazy pin modding needed.

Where does one obtain NGO optimized drivers?

Edit: Never mind...got em...

1587 with speeds of 360/275.
I wouldnt mind going higher on the speed, but don't want to without a copper heat sink, not sure where to buy one though, can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

Is the 64mb X300 only 64bit memory while the 128mb X300 128bit memory on the 6000?
