My CD/DVD drive in my new Sentia appears to be scratching in a circular motion any disc that i put in it. Upon closer inspection i have discovered part of the metal is sticking up a fraction of an inch, just enough to scratch any disc. Also my drive seems to always be running if there is a disk in it. It never stops. Is this normal, and what should i do about the drive.
