Right, got FC4 on the Ferrari now, and the display drivers set up.

I have to say that this display is amazing. Compared to my Dell 8100 with a 1600x1200 screen, this one is much brighter. (Actually, just checked, that was on half brightness!)

Just working out the audio and wirelesss now.

Distribution Guide for Acer Ferrari 4005WLMi

Hello folks,

I'd like to let everyone know that a few owners of the Acer Ferrari 4005WLMi have teamed up to make a wiki that aims to hold many different distribution specific guides to installing linux on the Acer Ferrari 40005WLMi.

Its free to use & contribute, although you have to register an account if you want to contribute anything (to stop anonymous spammers etc..)

Theres currently guides for Ubuntu, Mandriva & Gentoo and I would love to see some Fedora, Debian or Slackware guides up there..

For anyone interested the url is: http://www.omgwtfbbq.com.au/ferrari/
