NERD program? I used nvflash.

Great news on the successful flash shoman, I wonder if it will still work after the bios has been hex edited? That's what I tried when it didn't go through.

Showman24v how about making it a no brainer for the Sager guys by creating a bootable floppy (or CD image assuming they have a FAT partition to write too) so all they have to do is run with the correct command switches. Then post it in the thread you started there.

I'm assuming the Sager 9880 has a floppy drive due to the size of the thing.

LOL ok I will now.

Well it seems all the Sager 9880's come with an external floppy drive.

Open up your nvidia control panel and go to your OC settings. Click the default button. Tell me the numbers for core and memory. This is what you'll be editing one way or another to overclock (unless the Sager bios works and ends the problem). You don't need to save the settings.

Hey Props to for taking this to next step and starting this thread.

3d:
Core 450
Memory 1.06

2d
Core 100
Memory 658

If we could get the core to 500 ish and up the memory to orginal specs that would help a whole bunch of us run games much smoother.

Yagiska.... I love you , and you too Shom

take it 5mhz at a time.. you don't want to risk having the card not starting.. blind flashes are a pain (been there myself..) but that shouldn't be a problem as long as you keep things moderate.. try using the auto OCing and then go a little lower than that..

I'm wondering will this help that guy out any who put the 6800 Ultra in his 9300? If so might be some good news for some 9300 users also!

Can you set the memory to 1.1ghz? Set the core to the standard 450mhz, That is what the stock memory clock is suppose to be.
