Stuck pixel = dead pixel or?

I just received 3880 Sager notebook 2 hours ago and to my dismay, there were 3 abnormal pixels, 2 being blue and 1 white one. From what I have read, colored pixels are stuck pixel and white ones are dead pixel? I am wondering since one of the blue one is in the center area while white one is in lower left area and 2nd blue one in uppper left area. Am I eligible for for replacement or stuck with this one? I was crossing my finger for the lcd screen on my laptop since LCD monitor I got yesterday had 1 dead pixel...

Actually, I believe that a "Dead" pixel is always off -- black.

If the pixels bother you, you can return the machine for a full refund (minus the shipping costs). I'd call your reseller and see what they say.
