I just ordered at end of June. It stalled at phase three then zoomed through to phase 9 stayed there 2 days then flew through the rest. I am working in Europe and flying home to pick up the laptop. I cancelled for a day due to flight problems and the customer service was very patient with me when I cancelled the cancel.

Customer Service is great so far. They have been sincere and I feel they have tried to help through my fears and impatience. It should arrive on July 7th or 8th.

If anyone has a place for photos I will post them.

I have been reading this forum for a looonnng time before I ordered. Great to share with you guys.

Thanks for the advice on where to post the pics and thanks for sharing your thread. I didn't know how to make my own. I am like a little kid. I can't wait to get the laptop. I am afraid of being disappointed. I mean it is only a laptop but I can't help myself. I can't wait to see the black alien armor too.

You should get yours next week. Be sure to contact them through email or call to get your phases updated. I ordered on the 21st, so if the timing is the same then definitely next week. I just they had different colors to choose from to make me really crazy about making a decision.

Glad to hear that yours is moving forward..

I called today about my order.. ( still said phase 2 ) and I was told that they wouldnt be able to ship mine for two weeks.. ( ordered June 23 rd ).. Then I got a call from Raina ext 6017.. and explained that there was some paperwork delays.. and she would check on it.. She called back two hours later.. and said that my order was at phase 9.. and would most likely ship this friday..

I am leaving on a vacation on the following Wednesday.. and that was the main reason that I ordered the Laptop..

Ohhh Baby! it arrived!

My Mom set it safely aside. I am flying to the States just to pick it up on the 12th. She said I hope you have enough luggage to bring it back with you.

Alienware packs it big to keep it safe little does she know it is a little dynamo.

I can't wait, as I giggle madly and rub my hands together while standing on my tippy toes.

I will take fotos with the black alienarmor. And try my hand at a review.
