I also received a Dell survey so I bagged them there as well. Slowly, just slowly losing patience...

I know the inconvenience it has caused for the unusually long time period involved in the processing of your order. The Inspiron XPS (Generation 2) is one of our latest launches and as happens with any popular new launch, the volume of orders being received by us is in excess of our immediate turnaround capacity.
We had anticipated this and had therefore provided a lead-time of 15-30 days. This is the reason why you have an estimated ship date of Tuesday, July 12, 2005 compared to the regular 5-7 days time frame involved for Dell system orders.
