Lucky you. I called them and they said it was still in 12. Assuring me (trying to at least) that this step is teh most important and that it takes time to make sure everything works right. Yours will probably leave tonight!

I am so jealous! LOL

I don't know how late they work or if they have 2 shifts but it is still in phase 13 right now. Today was my estimated ship date but I never thought they would actually ship it today.

My estimated ship date is tomorrow. So I can not really complain! LOL Plus I would rather they spend a whole day checking that everything works ya know? LOL I just hope I can get it by saturday!

Still in phase 13 Oh well, maybe it will ship today.

I have been noting everything that has happened with my experience and I will take plenty of pics and benchmarks when I get the machine. I want to post a good review of the system.

I am now in Phase 13!!!! I guess they are waiting on the fedex trucks this morning!! Hopefully they send out a tracking number ASAP.

I called them and they told me the worst news ever!!! They said it could ship anywhere between today and tomorrow at the latest! Can you immagine tomorrow? LOL

Well I just hope that it does leave tonight. I mean if they do not have a pick up during the day, they must at least have a pick up at night! Save the aliens!!!!

Well I have some good news! Apparently my computer has left the warehouse, but Fedex has not yet linked a tracking number to the package. That is probably the same for yours. So tomorrow we shoudl get the tracking number and get some info on the progress already!

Alien5152...SWEEET Congrats.

I am still in phase 13. I called about 1/2 hour ago and they said that it may ship tonight, FedEX comes again at 6:30 he said or if not then it should ship tomorrow. He could not tell me why it is sitting in phase 13 for over day.

Is FedEX the bottleneck? Does Alienware ship so many computers that FedEX cannot ship them fast enough?

Why is your system not shipping until Saturday?

Oh I meant it shipped at my door step on Saturday! In my excitement I actually used the wrong word! LOL

It seems fedex is the problem. I am actually in phase 13 on the site, but fedex sent me an e-mail with my tracking number! I think there are too many computers to ship and fedex only comes two or 3 times for pick up. In any case I am sure yours is leaving tonight!

Well I'm still in phase 13

This sucks knowing that if it had shipped yesterday I would have most likely received it on Saturday and now I'll have to wait until Monday I guess.

I did get my keyboard and speakers from newegg last night. A day before I was supposed to get them.

I know AW-Juan and AW-Richard are probably too busy with real problems but if either of you see this and you have some time can you try to push it along or find out if there is a problem?
