You PM'd me so I'll reply here for the benifit of others...
Yes all cards are not EXACTLY the same. You will be able to get different performance from cards due to yeilds being different.
That being said maximizing your cooling will give you the best possible results for overclocks.
Make sure you ARTIC SILVER 5 your GPU & CPU and remove the tin foil type cooling pads that are under both. Make sure you clean the surfaces with alchohol before you apply AS5.
ALSO check and make sure your cooling fins are not blocked with fuzz and dirt as mine were after two months of use in a CLEAN! environment.
Use a cooling pad although it will not help the graphics card directly due to its placement it will keep other components cool such as the memory, hardrive and WIFI card that will reduce OVERALL system heat thus indirectly helping the video card run cooler also.
Also keep in mind it takes few days for AS5 to become really effective since it has to set in.
