xps 2 personalization cover?

I've seen some xps gen 2 with this personalization cover on there laptops, I've searched Dell's web site and cannot find it.

Can someone give me a part number or web site that sells this.

I ordered my xps 2 through aafes and did not have an option to order it.

Actually you did have the option, I ordered mine through aafes and got the LCD Kit!
