regardless, im sure hundreds of thousands have done this, so yall need to be quiet...Yall have thought about it so to say its bad and morallly wrong how about all the lies you've told to get where you are to this day and where you will go. How about the few thousands of dollars i've lost on ebay you think anybody really cares absolutly not, but doesn't say that my friend hasn't gotten back at people and made some good money....What goes around comes around, sometimes its your time to take advantage of the situation.

actually this is inaccurate, the onus is on "you" to porove you did not make a fraudulent CC claim. If dell believes that you comitted fraud, they do not have to honor CC claim. you have to prove that it was accidental., not the other way around. if you have ever made an insurance claim for anything, you would know that the claimant has the burden.

if hundreds of thousands have done this (i.e. made fraudulent insurance claims), dell would not offer CC in its present form since they would lose more than they make from CC revenues. bottom line is most people are honest, even if they have a thought about comitting fraud, most people's fear of getting caught prevents them from comitting fraud.

if you lost that much money on ebay, you didn't do your homework nor protected yourself from the scammers out there. insurance fraud never ends well.

who cares if a few people take advantage of CC?
dell makes MILLIONS of dollars in sales in the blink of an eye, especially when they go live with a good sale. they'll sell thousands of systems in just a few hours.

with the kind of revenue they generate and how they're saving millions by outsourcing tech support, it's not like they can't afford to take a hit on a FEW people using CC.

personally, i didn't even get CC because i know i'll take good care of the laptop. i just got the 4 year warranty/on-site/etc in case things go bad naturally.

heck, if you really wanted to get more money or more personal gain, why not just fake or setup a car accident and claim property damage along with personal injury compensation through your insurance agency?

Why not shoot for the stars when you're trying to "take advantage" of something you legally paid for?
