So I just got a Lenovo Yoga 13. This is my review.
As what I primarily do is writing and programming, having a good keyboard is critical for me, which is why a tablet alone can’t work for me, and...
I have owned dozens of laptops in a variety of brands, and had many different laptops provided for my use at work. Without question, this is the finest I have owned. The Alienware M17x R2 is a...
Lenovo Thinkpad W530 Review

One of the longest and most enduring brands in computers is Thinkpad. Originally developed by IBM in the USA, Thinkpad notebook computers are now...
OK reps out! Lets rebuild our reputation!
..and by the way... I'm gona still hang out here for the memory of old times but I'm no longer a Toshiba user. Got the chance and sold my old buddy. Now I'm looking for an IBM T23.
Have had the P105-S9312 for little over a week now; all I can say is Ghost Recon Advance Warfighter at full deails on is so much more fun than rebuilding rep that was hacked off.
This rep fiasco has given me back my life, how could something that meant so little consume so much time?
I don't feel like reading all 107 pages of this thread, so can someone post a summary as to where Toshiba stands in terms of support, quality, and durability? Just those minor things
Background: I'm shopping for a notebook and am considering HP, DELL, Toshiba or gateway. I want a balance between quality and performance vs price. Aiming for $700-$1100Cdn and want a Core Duo or Centrino if the price is right.

Well, this thread is not really about that, Its more like chatting and giving rep to people, -how about creating a thread about it? youll get more of a reply there.
Well, originally you would come here; make a few post that were on topic or just general conversation (asking people how they were doing, maybe talking about how your day was) and then you would give rep to the people who posted above you.
Others posting after you would do the same giving you rep.
Lately with the change in the rep point system, most of us just ignore this thread now. For me, I have given up on rep as it means nothing and with the new system the fun of watching your rep go up is gone; I went from posting on this site twice a day to maybe twice a week to once a month since the rep change - I just lurk around and read the posts every so often.
Not sure about the other rep threads, but this one should offically be declared dead. Sad since we had some great times here.
its true alot of people have lowered the level that they post here by... harsh changes hit the community like a ton of bricks to the side of the head. i personally havent been around much lately either, too much party and work time and just the need to get (the granted tiny bit i need) sleep has taken some priority.
Hmm, looks like we're trying to revive the TRT. So what's up!
I actually think that several odf the regulars startid disappearing just before the rep change becasue they were just too busy (that or weak & giving in to real life ). Anyways, I'm game to bring back the thread.
been busy with work and just living in general, some amazing parties, and nights out. just barely avoided a bar brawl on saturday night (not any of my doing, some drunk a$$hole decided to smash a beer bottle on my friends head for no reason)... all in all its just a normal really busy time.
plus im splitting between several forums too so it is even worse...
