I contacted AW last week (Thursday) to check when my system would be shipping as it was vital that it arrived before Wednesday as I am going away for a week on business. The lady I spoke to last week assured me that the system would leave their warehouse (or wherever they build/store them) today so it would arrive on Tuesday. She said she would personally see to it that it would arrive before I left.
However, I called them today only to be told that my computer is still in the integration process and may be shipped out in the next two days which frankly is completely useless. I could have told myself that it might arrive in two days.
I'm not trying to rubbish AW here but cannot help but be disappointed in a company that assures me one thing one minute and then changes their mind the next minute. It was vital that the machine arrived before I left, I will now have to rent a laptop take with me.
