I ordered mine also from ZipZoomFly, which I have ordered in the past with good results. This order was a total bummed deal. I called the customer service number, which BTW is long distance only and was told if I ordered before 1PM (which it was 1210PM) and paid for overnight, it would be shipped that day. Well it wasn’t shipped that day. Comes to find out it has to be ordered by noon and not 1PM as the rep stated. If it was any other day it would not been a big deal, not that it is still, but it was Thursday, and since it was not shipped until Friday, I did not get it until today (yet paid for the expressed delivery). I would not have paid for express, if they would have told me the correct info. Again, that really is not that big of a deal, what is, is the fact I have called now three times and was told to leave a voice mail, left voice mails AND emails, requesting a rep to call me, however no one has done so. I am not sure what the problem is and how it is they have such good reviews when no one will return phone calls. On a positive note, the laptop works great! Oh well, I stay with Newegg and pay the extra and know that a rep will call me and have an 800 number to talk with them. Just hope I don’t have to deal with their RMA service considering....
