Patriot has been the largest POS generic mem I have ever worked with imho.
Believe what you will. Until you have built and managed as many systems as I have, your findings will be different.

Well, I was gonna go with Transcend until I read this post by Cubbie. I was thinking that paying $200 for two 1 gig sticks was a lot, but not compared to Dell's pricing and I might as well spend an extra $50 to get better quality Ram from Crucial or Kingston so i won't have to send my Transcend memory back if it is defective. I mean I already dropped over 2k for a lappy. It's like buying a $50,000 luxury car and driving an extra 10 miles to save 15 cents on each gallon of gas you buy. It just doesn't add up. I'll post how my Ram works out whenever I decide which kind I'm getting and when I recieve my XPS2. Later.
