phase 5 , they take sooooo long, what are they doing.

all it is, Is nuilding a PC that does nto take long at all.

OMG i think alienware are having a laugh with me the website says phase 6 but i just rang them they said it is at phase 5 STILL and no parts are on back order and i will get my system in 15 days (about) and they joking it does not take one day to build a system what are they doing?

am really thinking about canceling my order
