Quick Question: Should I order this now?

Thread Starter
This pretty much has everything I want minus the extra RAM which I want to get from Newegg and a large HDD, but I want to get it external. I want Microsoft Office, but their package for $279 doesn't include Powerpoint, but from Newegg you can get Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, and Excel for $200. Is there any downside to getting OEM software besides no box and documentation?
