Hi,

I am planning to purchase a notebook for multimedia use, like video and movie viewing, photo transfer and display, gaming... etc. I have heard that response time is important for visual displaying quality, but I am not sure.
So, where comes the questions:

1) Do response time have great impact on visual display? If yes, what are the impacts?

2) What is the fastest response time for a notebook? is 16ms good enough?

3) What is good for a notebook with fast response time?

Please help me!!
