I have a Hauppauge USB 2 TV Tuner, and I use MCE to record, mostly because the software bundled with the Tuner does NOT work. It crashes when it tries to start up.
This is fine, as MCE records well with decent quality, but at the rate of 1.2 gigs per HALF hour. I am dying to compress this down to around 250 megs per half hour or hour, but I'm unaware of any programs to do so.
Any help would be appreciated.
