My new linksys 54wrgx2 with srx was up and running out of the box with limited knowledge and just a cd in 10 minutes. I did need to reset my modem by disconnecting for 60 seconds and going back through again. linksys is great ($98), excellent speed, great tech support. Never dropped with home desktop and 3 notebooks.

I just upgraded from 802.11B to 802.11G. Got a nice new D-Link 54MBPs router. I have 1 problem though. I can no longer VPN into work! It doesn't even try to verify my info anymore. I've never had this problem before, and don't know what setting might be blocking me. I'm using WPA encryption.

Any help is appreciated.

I personally don't see many people using Wireless N yet - is there really that much speed advantage over Wireless G?
