Im sory, i dont know the exact laptop, im currently borowing it from someone who purchased it second hand.
Heres my problem
the laptop was working totaly fine, then 1 time i switched it on, and it died during start up, then wouldnt switch back on. so i pluged it to the powerpoint and the charging light started to flash, so i pressed the on button, but as soon as i did, the charging stoped, and nothing more hapened. i then had to unplug and replug the power lead to get it to start charging again. I eventualy got it to switch on, but when its on, its very noisy and shuts off by itself randomly. I have also found that when it is on, if i even slightly move the screen, it just dies, and i need to unplug and replug the power chord. Im currently atempting a virus scan, its hard because it wont stay on for very long.
has anyone got any suggestions on what the problem might be? Also, it was running quite hot the other night.
