wow, dell is awesome

hey i have been pretty upset that i wasted $110 on 1gb through Dell when I could have gotten 1Gb for $100 and had 1.5gb so i asked the reps if they could do anything for me and they gave me a $50 credit to my credit card, pretty nice if you ask me even though they overprice in the first place.

sweet deal..they sometimes only give out concession coupons, but getting a credit back to your credit card is even better!

ya the lady made a mistake and said rebate first, and then said concession coupon after. I said hey wait a minute you said REBATE a second ago and copy and pasted where she said it lol. She was like oops, ok ok ill credit you $50 now one moment. I was laughing so hard and im really happy about it..

lol ya you should, i just said how i feel i wasted my money on ram thats going to be replaced and it is way overpriced. I was really polite, and she offered right away.
