Nvidia DVD Decoder on a i9300 - Page 2

I have NV 42 and I can confirm it does indeed work, you can tell if you get the option to check off hardware acceleration and do some screenshots and compare the quality and watch the cpu utilization. If you go deep into dells tech document you will find that these options for hw acceleration and purvideo was turned off on some 6X series cards due to driver instability and after they worked it out they started to enable it with each successive driver release, oddly enough starting with the 6600GT and 6800 NU, I believe as of now for most cards above 6600GT it has been abled and possibly the 6200 non-turbo cache chips.
