I did this because I hate .exe driver installations for my XPS Gen 2. It clogs the system with extra files, for no reason. The process is simple.
1. Install your Windows XP.
2. Open your device manager.
3. Right-click on each unrecognized hardware and select Update Driver.
4. Select the apropriate folder.
Download file:
http://www.savefile.com/files/8719425
XPS Gen 2 Driver Contents:
- audio
- bluetooth (not tested yet, using the default XP SP2 ones)
- ethernet
- modem
- video (NVIDIA Dell original)
- wifi (2915)
This download will be deleted in 15 days, from the moment there is no more download activity.
If anyone can mirror it, it will be apreciated.
