Hypersonic computers...

Hey so I just wanted to let everyone know that hypersonic is probably one of the worst companies to deal with. For one, their customer support is horrible...For two, I ordered a laptop from them OVER a month ago and I still havent received it. To top it off when I call them they give me the run around saying someone would call me on the status....this happened 3 times! and NO ONE called me. I just paid 4000 bucks on a computer and Im not impressed at all. I just wanted you guys to know that because there arent many reviews on hypersonic. I havent received my laptop yet...even though after numerous attempts to figure out what was going on they finally told me i would get it today...and nope i definately didnt...and Im going on 2 months, and no computer that I already have been charged and paid for.

Yeah Im pissed.

When and if I ever get my computer I'll let you know how it is...and if it was at least worth the runaround service...

How can they charge (I assume credit card) for the product if it hasn't shipped? I'd talk to your credit card company ASAP - and let Hypersonic know that you are.

yeah i actually talked to hypersonic and they said it was standard procedure for them to bill your credit card as soon as you place the order....im thinking if i dont receive my laptop within the next few days Im going to take some action. Im starting to wonder if they are a ligitamite company even....

Man get hold of your CC company - tell them you havent received the goods and have them cancel the charge - they will then go after hypersonic for you.

Then go to pctorque.com and order from a company that really knows how to look after its customers.

Thats why I always order via CC on the internet.

yeah im actually thinking about doing that. But will my credit card company still charge me if I havent received the laptop? How do I handle this without losing my money too?

How could the CC company charge you for Hypersonic's computer?

All you need to do, is call the company, and dispute the carge. Explain your situation to them, give any needed info, and you should be ok.

And no, charging long before is NOT acceptable, and make sure you tell the company that Hypersonic did this..

Ask for this policy in writing - even if they tell you via e-mail...

Then send that to the CC company.

i heard charging before a product hsa shipped or in stock was not allowed in some areas

BUT it seems like most companies do this, I know for a fact that Voodoo does and probably pctorque too

otherwise people would go around ordering computers and nevre paying for them and they'd be stuck with an inventory of "custom" computers no one wants
