I'll be going to university soon and as such I'm in the market for a laptop. Most of the time it will be used for programming, watching DVD's/TV (USB TV-tuner) and maybe trying out a game or two. From what I've heard, the Asus Z70V is really nice, but since I live in Sweden it's not available to me. My budget is about $1700, but laptops are unfortunately a lot more expensive here than in the U.S.

These are the ones that seem to give me most for my money.

I'm not too fond of buying Dell, but I've read great reviews about the 6000. The SHG's I haven't found one single review of so I'm not sure about them at all. I do know that one of their previous models is a Mitac 8050, so most likely these are re-branded as well. Can anyone identify them (check links above)? BTW, how good is the nVidia 6600 compared to the 6200 TurboCache? Is it worth the additional $176?

Any and all input greatly appreciated.
