is there a way to overclock the pentium M 1.6 with the dell 9300?

The simple answer is no. There is a way to get a PM 7x5 to overclock by some tom foolery method of using PM 7x0 pins or something like that (search for pinmod on these dell forums). It really is a shame that the Dell bios doesn't allow any OCs because the cooler temps of the PMs seem advantageous.
