AW Customer Service Managers?

Does anyone have some names for their managers? Would like to start talking directly to the folks who can actually perform some customer service.

I worked with Victor in sales and he was really good when I started getting those emails like yours.

Ive gotten victor also and a guy named hector...victor and hector told me that the alienware supports duel memory, but it seems it doesnt...so I suspect they didnt know much about the issue.

Its the Chipset -

AW expected to get the 655 chipset the same time they got the 3200 - It was pushed back (delayed by mfg.) - so they are still using the 648FX.
